How much?
They get it. They understand what Quantic Dreams was doing and the direction they were taking when developing Heavy Rain. It is interactive but not a game in the typical sense. It is labeled a game simply because it is on a console but it is something completely different and it's time we get something fresh from the console world.
This game is a great franchise and it would be best if played by all. Hopefully they do the right thing and keep it multiplat.
I bought it for the PC and love it but have to admit, you could expect at least another million in sales if they released a PS3 version. Especially one that works well with the PSN.
It's not a good thing for MS to see their console only beat out the PS3 by a mere 10,000 on their home turf. Especially when Sony is kicking the 360's tail all over the globe outside of North America and Canada. It would appear that if Sony keeps this up, the 360 will have to see another price drop to keep up month to month as it seems it is losing ground at an alarming pace.

That there is no Dead Space 2 for PC. I played all three versions of Dead Space from three different platforms and have to admit, the best one was on PC. I was planning on the PC version of DS2 but alas, it will have to be for the consoles.
The decade is not over. It ends at the end of this year so it makes me wonder if Greg over there at IGN would have prompted to boot Uncharted 2 and replace it with ME2.... Sorry, but I am still amused at the article he wrote last week on the matter. I for one am happy with this list and feel Uncharted 2 should be a place or two higher ont he list just for the technical prowess of the game alone.
Something that made Bioshock one so great. Bioshock 2 lacks the input of Ken Levine. He was a crucial team member in the creation of Bioshock and his input made the game feel right. Anybody that knows what happens to a sequel when he is not present knows what I mean. This game will be good but it won't be what it could have been had he stood at the forefront of the development team.
The only differences I see with Polyphony Digitals' Prolog GT's is that they offer more than 90% of the racing games out on the market during their release and they sell for 2 dollars less than a standard retail game. Heck, they sell more than Forza's full retail games too so maybe this argument should continue after the release of GT5.

As much as I liked the last installment of Vegas, it just was not the best in the series. I would love to see them come out with a new one that polishes off the series and makes good on the new tech coming.

I will get the version for the console I have most friends on. The graphicsl differences are so slight that it comes down to fun with buddies.
The evidence as shown in the article would suggest they are talking about both aspects. Content and quality. Both are very lackluster IMHO.
That somebody else agrees with me when I also say it is underwhelming. Their HD service just plain sucks butt and can never be truly compared to disc based HD content. In no way would I pay a premium for their service but since it is so cheap I keep them. Glad to know that those who agree with me are employed by Netflix.
As for those who might ask about my connection speed, it's 20 meg down.
Turn 10 knew exactly what they were saying when they claimed Forza 3 was the "definitive racer this gen". They were sending a back handed comment to Polyphony Digital and if you cannot see that, then you have been bamboozled by Turn 10 and their PR trickery.
Turn 10 has made a great racing game but they are nipping at the heals of a mighty giant and that giant is going to squash them this holiday season. I am not saying this as a PS3 fan, I am saying this as a Gran Tu...

It this type of review that makes me wonder. I like DI and MAG is pretty awesome given the scope of game play but one lacks multiplayer and the other single player so what was it that one did better? Gore? Tits? So what? If MAG had some nudity, would it have scored better? Tongue and cheek but MHO none the less.
I hope that these scores reflect the idea that this game is new and of some different game play than the average shooter or platformer. This is a game where you explore a deeper relationship with the characters and since it is new, I hope people embrace it and give something else a try. If you like it then great, if not then don't buy another one like it.
Your logic is a bit flowed if you don't mind me saying so. Typically speaking, multiplatform games favor the 360 in small but evident ways and so it would seem that porting to PS3 does not in fact effect the 360 versions of the game in a negative way. The plus side to multiplat is that more players get the game and more sales typically solidify sequels and more games for all. Is that a bad thing?
